Great film location in North Texas. 175 acres just 1 hour north of Dallas near Bonham, TX. Beautiful rolling hills of mostly mowed pasture but also has some dense tree growth of oak, pecan and cedar. Some pecan trees are towering and are over 150 years old. Large creek divides the hills and the ‘bottom 40 acres’. There are no houses in sight from this land and no power lines and rustic barb wire fences with 100 yr. old bois d’arc fence posts line the acreage. Great movie location. Falkenstein Castle® is located between Burnet and Marble Falls, Texas five miles northeast of Kingsland, Texas and one mile west of the States famous Longhorn Caverns (approximately 50 miles west of Austin, Texas). The footprint of the main grounds and buildings covers approximately four acres or 174,240 square feet. The main residence is nearly ninety feet tall. Hundreds of thousands of pounds of limestone, granite, sand, cement, rock and block, were used in the construction of Falkenstein Castle. Film Location in Tennessee! A 280 acre horse farm located 45 minutes northwest of Nashville. Includes a private valley surrounded by ridges with 3 creeks flowing through the middle. 100 acres of mowed pastures and wooded areas. Many places to shoot with no buildings in the shot. This a very secluded area. a dozen horses roam freely on approx. 80 acres. (may be contained if needed) Facilities include a 70'x120' covered riding arena, nine jump course and a two stall and a hay barn. Farm equipment includes a 60hsp John Deere tractor & 4wheeler. Horse trainer/handler on site. Owner also is documentary film maker with the following: sony fx1 HD camera, Cannon GL2, mac G5 & final cut pro HD. A small 4 bedroom house on the property will be available for lease this summer by week, month etc.) . The farm has a 30+ acre field with Johnson Creek
